JOB SUMMARY

PURPOSE L
eads departmental, divisional and some enterprise projects across

. Completes project documentation, facilitates small project teams, tracks project-related tasks and resources. Manages scope, effort, budget and timeline within assigned projects. Works with other project managers to understand impact of their projects on other initiatives. May lead projects related to moves, remodels, system implementations, process improvement and/or operational assistance. Follows defined
PMO
methodologies and templates. Assists with updates and changes to the defined methodologies and templates. Works closely with all levels within
SHS
, including management and senior administration.

QUALIFICATIONS O
ne (1) of the following required: Bachelor’s degree in a related area (Business, Healthcare or Information Technology) plus three (3) years Project Management experience. Experience must include leading teams and projects with at least one (1) large scale project spanning a minimum of one (1) year. Associate’s degree in a related area plus five (5) years Project Management experience. Experience must include leading teams and projects with at least one (1) large scale project spanning a minimum of one (1) year. Project Management Professional (
PMP
) certification plus seven (7) years Project Management experience. Experience must include leading teams and projects with at least one (1) large scale project spanning a minimum of one (1) year. Experience and training in project management methodologies preferred. Experience in Lean, Operational Improvement and Organizational Change Management/Development preferred.
