This is a remote position in which we are able to employ in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin Our ideal Analytics Data Engineer candidate will have: Deep experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines that support healthcare analytics, population health, quality measurement, and regulatory reporting within a health plan environment. Expert in integrating and transforming complex healthcare data sources—including claims, enrollment, clinical (
EHR
), pharmacy, eligibility, and social determinants of health—into reliable, analytics‑ready datasets. Proven partner to analytics, actuarial, clinical, and business teams, enabling insights for value‑based care,
HEDIS

STARS
,
CMS
, and state reporting. Experience in data architecture,
ETL
/
ELT
development, data quality governance, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and data lineage. Skills in translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and decision‑making across the organization. .

achelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, data science, statistics, or equivalent) required. Five (5) years experience in data analytics or engineering, with at least three (3) years focused on data modeling and transformation within a healthcare environment required. Advanced experience in

and data transformation workflows (
ETL

ELT
) required. Experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold data layers) required.
