JOB SUMMARY
/
PURPOSE M
aintains, repairs, and applies protective coatings to interior/exterior surfaces (e.g. walls, ceilings, furniture) to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetic environment, often using specialized antimicrobial coatings. Key duties include surface preparation (patching, sanding), color matching, and following strict infection control/safety standards to minimize disruption to patient care.
