JOB SUMMARY

PURPOSE C
ollaborates with other health care disciplines in order to provide quality direct/indirect care. Assists in facilitating and implementing all aspects of health care, including but not limited to prevention, practice/event coverage, injury evaluation, medical appointments, treatment, rehabilitation and team travel.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION O
ur primary care sports medicine physicians specialize in preventing, diagnosing and treating injuries related to participation in sports and/or exercise, specifically the rotation or deformation of joints or muscles caused by engaging physical activities. We also offer a Concussion Care Program to provide diagnosis, treatment and safe return to play for athletes following concussions. The program provides expert, individualized care for athletes of all sports and ages.
