JOB SUMMARY

PURPOSE P
rovides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse within the
CNA
scope of practice. Performs clerical duties within the department or patient care team as assigned.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION S
amaritan Wound Care treats acute or chronic wounds caused by diabetes, surgery, injury, poor blood flow and/or other problems. The scope of practice is physician driven and centered around wound, ostomy and continence care while maintaining additional adjunctive therapies such as vein medicine and hyperbaric medicine.

igh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current unencumbered Oregon
CNA
certification required. Healthcare provider level
BLS
required upon hire.

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure.
