This role supervises audit and monitoring staff, providing direction, oversight, and performance coaching while managing multiple engagements to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes. The Program Manager reviews audit work, leverages data analytics to enhance audit effectiveness, and ensures findings and corrective actions are properly documented and communicated. Additionally, the role supports the annual risk assessment process and collaborates with leadership to address emerging compliance risks and organizational needs.Minimum Qualifications DegreesBachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Informatics, Healthcare Administration or another business-related fieldMaster's Degree Business Administration or AccountingPreferred Licenses & Certifications:Cert Health Compliance PreferredCertified Public Accountant Preferred Work Experience:Five (5) Years Work Experience Experience supervising and coordinating audit and monitoring activities in a healthcare or regulated environment.Experience using data analytics, data mining, compliance investigations, and electronic health record data to support audit planning, testing, and follow up activities.Preferred:Knowledge of the Epic electronic medical record platform is preferred.Proficiency in data analytics with expertise in data mining and data analytics technology. Management Experience:Two (2) Years of Management Experience Experience supervising staff and overseeing day to day work activities.Experience supporting audit or oversight activities in an organizational or regulated environment. Communication Skills:Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)Above average verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, using language and tone appropriate to the subject matter and audience.Writing/Reports Ability to prepare clear, detailed written reports summarizing audit scope and purpose, findings or conclusions, compliance risk analysis, and corrective action recommendations.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Analytical Abilities Ability to analyze complex data, provide substantive documentation, and exercise sound professional judgment.MathematicsOther Knowledge Skills or AbilitiesProficiency with electronic health record system(Epic), ACL Analytics, and/or data mining tools.Research Knowledge and AbilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Statistical Knowledge and AbilitiesTranscription Work Schedule:Flexible Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a complex healthcare environment.Eligible for Telecommute Other Requirements:Extensive experience in some of the following areas: auditing, healthcare, data analytics and/or ACLMS Excel HighMS Word HighPersonal Computer HighTyping HighEquipment Operated:PC
