OR Licenses * Active LPN license in state of employment * Active RN license in state of employment CPR provider certification required. Shift: Days, Monday-Friday; Hours: 36 per week Pay Ranges: Clinic RN- $26.04-$36.45 Clinic LPN-$22.32-$30.23
