This structured program blends classroom-based learning with supervised, on the job training to help students explore career interests and build foundational workplace skills.Students selected for this program will strengthen critical thinking, problem solving, and communication abilities while contributing to daily department operations. This experience is planned and supervised by both the school and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System to ensure it supports educational objectives and workforce readiness.
