Has good communications skills and able to work with customers and employees.Minimum Requirements Education HS Diploma Experience 5 years restaurant experience1 year management/supervisory experience License/Registration/Certifications Manager Serve Safe Certification Preferred Requirements Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience N/A Preferred License/Registration/Certifications N/A Core Job Responsibilities Ensures that room service line and caf? are set and ready for production.Must be able to supervise and lead by example.Must be able to do multiple tasks.Dietary training Physical RequirementsMust be able to work 8-hour shifts, standing, lifting, walking, stooping and bending.Must be able to lift 40 lbs. during shift.Must be able to make accurate decisions clearly and quickly in a busy environment.Must be able to communicate well with customers and cope with their problems and demands in a positive manner.
