Apply today to learn more!Position SummaryThe RN Data Set Coordinator is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team who functions as a liaison between the patient, family, and staff. Coordinates all aspects of Federal regulatory data set completion assuring accuracy and adherence to mandated completion times. Provides and understand the specific communication, development, treatment needs of patients, families, and visitors ranging in age from early adult to late adult. Previous MDS experience in long-term care setting is strongly preferred for this role.
