Summary POSITION SUMMARYPosition Summary:This position is responsible for general maintenance activities at assigned locations. Performs rounds to monitor condition of buildings and equipment. Performs activities such as minor electrical, mechanical or plumbing, as well as painting and wall repair. Assists with grounds keeping. Completes assigned preventative maintenance activities.
