Performs as a positive member of the healthcare team.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationGraduation from an accredited school licensed practical nursing programMinimum ExperienceHospital or outpatient clinic experience withing the past 5 years preferredRequired Registration/License/CertificationCurrent Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse licenseIV Certification preferredBasic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employment
