Summary POSITION SUMMARYPosition Summary:Under the supervision of the clinic physician, advanced practice provider, or registered nurse, the licensed practical nurse provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients in the clinic setting. Performs as a positive member of the healthcare team.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationGraduate of an accredited school of nursing/licensed practical nursing programMinimum ExperienceHospital experience within the past 5 years preferredRequired Registration/License/CertificationCurrent Kansas LPN licenseIntravenous (IV) certification preferredBasic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully obtained within the first 90 days of employment
