Summary POSITION SUMMARYPosition Summary:The Director of Clinical Quality and Patient Experience provides leadership and direction for the clinical components of the Quality program and for system-wide patient experience initiatives. This role partners closely with medical staff and operational leaders to interpret quality and patient experience data, address outliers, and drive sustainable improvements in care delivery and service. The Director serves as the organizational face and primary leader for patient experience, including partnership with external vendors.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationBachelor's degree healthcare related fieldMinimum ExperienceMinimum of 2 years progressive leadership experience in an acute care healthcare setting, with responsibility for clinical quality, patient safety, and/or patient experience, including hands-on performance improvement work and demonstrated measurable outcomesRequired Registration/License/CertificationCurrent Kansas licensure as an RN or other licensure in a clinical discipline (clinical license in PT, OT, RT, etc.)
