Clinical Nurse Educator- Adolescent Psychiatric Department

This position is responsible for identifying staff learning needs and designing programs to address those needs, with a primary focus on clinical staff.# Requirements: Must possess strong analytical, communication and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking department required. Ability to effectively operate a variety of Microsoft Office and Outlook software programs required. Demonstrated leadership abilities required. Ability to communicate complex issues in understandable language to diverse populations required. Ability to effectively develop and implement adult education programs required. Knowledge of and ability to apply the principles of evidence-based practice required. Minimum Education: BSN required. Master#s degree in education or health related field preferred.# Matriculation is required within 2 years of hire Minimum Work Experience: Two years of clinical education experience required At least three years of acute care nursing including Emergency Department 3-5 years of experience with pediatric and psychiatric patients required Required Licenses/ Certifications: # Vermont RN license required by date of employment.
