Seasonal Advanced Practice Provider - Advanced Heart Failure

Tampa General Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology service. As a nationally recognized heart transplant center with a 24/7 APP‑led model, we provide comprehensive care for high‑acuity cardiac patients requiring advanced therapies. This position is night shift with required rotation through weekends and holidays. Shift differentials apply. Evaluate, admit, and manage patients with advanced heart failure and cardiogenic shock Provide ICU‑level care, including invasive hemodynamic monitoring Manage mechanical circulatory support devices (LVAD, IABP, Impella CP/5.5/RP Flex, ECMO) Oversee chronic and acute inotrope therapy Support pre‑ and post‑operative heart transplant patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Experienced APP with Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant experience required or Cardiac ICU APP experience Position Highlights High‑acuity environment within a leading heart transplant program 24/7 APP‑driven service Night, weekend, and holiday pay differential

QUALIFICATIONS:
