Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator in Nursing is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within the nursing department. This role involves coordinating clinical activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards, and supporting nursing staff in providing optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator serves as a vital link between nursing staff, management, and interdisciplinary teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Associate's degree Nursing License/Registration Registered Nurse- Issued by Florida or Compact State Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS NIHSS PALS 2 years of Registered Nurse Experience 2 years of Supervisor Experience Work Experience and Additional Information Unit specific certifications may be required. May include but not limited to: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) STROKE National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) STABLE
