Care is delivered through a coordinated, multidisciplinary model that includes breast imaging, medical oncology, radiation oncology, genetics, nurse navigation, survivorship, and supportive services. The program also includes in-house plastic and reconstructive surgery, allowing seamless coordination of combined breast oncologic and reconstructive cases. Breast surgeons participate in a general tumor board, reinforcing evidence-based care and shared clinical decision-making. **Why Valley View Hospital** * I ndependent, community-governed hospital with strong physician leadership * Established Breast Center with committed infrastructure and support * Broad regional referral base serving rural and mountain communities * Ability to practice full-scope breast surgery in a collaborative environment * Competitive compensation with productivity opportunity and comprehensive benefits * Culture that prioritizes patient relationships, teamwork, and sustainability **About Glenwood Springs** Glenwood Springs offers an exceptional quality of life in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, including: * E asy access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, and world-class hot springs * A vibrant, walkable downtown with dining, arts, and community events * Excellent schools and a welcoming, family-oriented community * Proximity to Aspen, Vail, and surrounding Western Slope communities * A rare balance of meaningful work and outdoor lifestyle **Qualifications** * Board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon with breast fellowship training or significant breast surgery experience * Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care * Interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and longitudinal practice * Collegial, team-oriented practice style **APPLICATION SUBMISSION END DATE** This position will be open for a minimum of three days and until a top applicant is identified.
