Here, you can build a rewarding breast surgery practice focused on high-quality care, access, and continuity -- without the pressures of a large academic or corporate environment. **The Opportunity** This role offers a balanced and meaningful breast surgery practice, including: * Surgical management of high-risk breast conditions * Breast oncologic surgery across disease stages * Longitudinal care from diagnosis through survivorship * Close collaboration with medical oncology, radiation oncology, imaging, and navigation * Participation in shared decision-making within a supportive, team-based environment * Opportunity to help shape the future growth and direction of breast services across the Western Slope * The practice is designed to support thoughtful scheduling, strong care coordination, and sustainable work-life balance while maintaining clinical excellence. **Integrated Multidisciplinary Breast Care** The Breast Center operates within a Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited cancer program and is fully integrated with the Calaway-Young Cancer Center. Care is delivered through a coordinated, multidisciplinary model that includes breast imaging, medical oncology, radiation oncology, genetics, nurse navigation, survivorship, and supportive services. The program also includes in-house plastic and reconstructive surgery, allowing seamless coordination of combined breast oncologic and reconstructive cases.
