We’re looking for an experienced Respiratory Care Supervisor to lead our Night Shift Respiratory Care team at our Raleigh Campus, a Level I Trauma Center that never sleeps and never settles. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a Respiratory Therapist who thrives in fast‑paced environments, values teamwork, and is passionate about developing high‑performing teams while keeping patients at the center of everything we do. About the Role The Respiratory Care Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of staff and the day‑to‑day clinical and operational management of Respiratory Care Services during the night shift.
