Housekeeping Aide in Hospital

Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Aide to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home. Our Housekeeping Aide is an essential part of our Environmental Services team and is responsible in keeping Madison Regional Health System a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive environment. Duties include but are not limited to: dusts, mops, sweeps, gather and dispose of trash, and move/rearranges equipment/furniture as needed. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations are essential. Housekeeping Aide hours are in our hospital during the day and afternoon hours. To ensure a work-life balance, the successful candidate will share in a rotation of weekend and holiday coverage. Successful candidates must be in good physical condition, having the ability to walk, stand, stoop, lift, push, pull, kneel, crouch and climb ladders. The majority of the duties are indoors. Previous institutional cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory. This part-time position comes with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary.
