Job Description:

As a Flex Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various departments within the organization. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to work on different positions as the need arises. You will collaborate with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, work with Recruitment leadership, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience. This position also will need to practice excellent project management and could work on any recruitment projects that may arise.Education: ▪ Bachelors in a Related Field OR 10 years' CoxHealth experience Experience: ▪ 1-2 Years Related Experience Skills: ▪ Highly organized and efficient ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Ability to monitor and compile data and disseminate results to multiple levels of leaders and employees. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Must be able to initiate and understand research related to projects; proficient in Microsoft office Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
