Job Overview The Partial Hospitalization Program Coordinator will provide clinical leadership and administrative support for PHP. This role is responsible for overseeing the program's therapeutic curriculum, coordinating daily operations, managing staff schedules, and providing direct clinical supervision and support to the multidisciplinary team. The Coordinator will ensure that program services are delivered effectively and efficiently, aligning with best practices and organizational goals. Collaborates with CARE Team, Inpatient Services, and other referral sources to assist with programming and referrals for the program. Works closely with other Coordinators and Leadership to provide support, cross-coverage, and group therapy as needed to ensure daily operations of programs are supported. What you will do * Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the therapeutic curriculum for PHP, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of patients and aligns with evidence-based practices. * Provide direct clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a team of social workers, therapists, and other clinical staff, fostering professional growth and development. * Manage the daily operations of the PHP, including scheduling staff, coordinating group sessions, and ensuring adequate coverage. * Conduct regular team meetings to review patient cases, discuss treatment strategies, and coordinate care plans with the multidisciplinary team. * Monitor program outcomes and patient progress, implementing changes and improvements as necessary to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction. * Maintain accurate reports and monitoring of patient volumes and work with departmental leadership to promote the services offered as needed * Maintain accurate reports and monitoring of identified quality indicators. * Coordinate patient discharge planning and implementation including facilitation of aftercare. * Assist in the leadership and the development and attainment of PHP department goals and objectives. * Complete and maintain accurate records and aid in utilization review. * Maintain regular communication with office staff regarding schedule and needed changes. * Complete documentation, treatment plans, and charges on time * Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of services provided. * Provide individual and group therapy for PHP, YIOP, and outpatient therapy as needed, supporting the clinical teams in managing complex cases and ensuring a high standard of care. * Collaborate with other departments and external providers to facilitate referrals, transitions of care, and community resource coordination. * Lead program development initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of PHP services. * Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and departmental and organizational leadership, advocating for program needs and contributing to strategic planning efforts. * Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans. * Stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of mental health, particularly in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care. Education Qualifications * Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Required Experience Qualifications * Minimum of five years' relevant experience of post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a PHP, IOP, or similar mental health setting required. * Proven experience in program development, curriculum design, and staff supervision required. * Experience with managing operational aspects of a clinical program, including scheduling and resource allocation preferred. * Experience with data-driven decision-making and quality improvement processes preferred. Licenses and Certifications * Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in appliable state required * Certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR) preferred Shift : Days- Monday-Friday Hours: 40 per week
