In this role, you will: * Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives * Collaborate with Administration and department leaders to support data-driven decision making * Train and mentor Level I and II finance team members * Support process improvement efforts through automation and efficient resource utilization * Stay current on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends * Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial and operational information * Continue performing key responsibilities associated with Level II finance functions What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications- * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * 1-2 years of accounting, finance, or related experience * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications- * Healthcare accounting or finance experience * CPA designation and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business * Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range: $25.92 - $38.28 per hour Benefits Designed For you!
