This role oversees all aspects of survey coordination, from preparation through post-survey follow-up, while driving continuous improvement through program evaluation and targeted education initiatives. The position partners with clinical, operational, and technical leaders to integrate regulatory requirements into system processes and serves as a key change agent to promote alignment with federal, state, and accrediting body standards.Minimum QualificationsLicenses & Certifications:Certified Quality Auditor (Or) Cert Prof in Hlth Care Quality (Or) Equivalent; Hospital Accreditation, Quality or Risk Management Degrees:Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Allied Health or Business PreferredMaster's Degree Nursing or Allied Health Preferred Work Experience:Five (5) Years Work ExperienceHealthcare related fields. With Project management experience.
