Residential Care Associate Medicine Tech

Join our dedicated team as a Residential Care Associate / Med Tech and make a meaningful impact every day. ##### What You 'll Do: * ##### Provide compassionate, hands-on care to children and adolescents in a residential treatment program * ##### Facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and daily routines * ##### Administer medications under supervision and maintain accurate documentation * ##### Monitor resident safety and well-being, responding to behavioral needs with empathy and professionalism * ##### Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans * ##### Transport residents to appointments and community activities * ##### Assist with onboarding and training of new staff ##### What You 'll Need: * ##### Minimum age: 21 * ##### High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred * ##### Experience working with adolescents in residential care preferred * ##### Valid driver's license and clean driving record * ##### Ability to pass background check, physical, and drug screening * ##### Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through Maryland Board of Nursing preferred--or willingness to complete training * ##### Current CPR/BLS certification * ##### Willingness to complete required residential training and CPS clearance ##### Ready to make a difference in the lives of young people?
