Departmental OverviewCompensation$27.83- $45.46/hr based on previous work experience + $2.50 PRN I differential - 3 shifts per 6 week schedule.$35 flat rate PRN II - 6 shifts in a 6 week schedule. $42 flat rate PRN III - 12 shifts in a 6 week schedule. Evening differential $2.50/hr.Night differential $3.00/hr.Weekend differential $3.00/hr. is a 16-bed unit with a 6-bed OB Emergency Department, 4 antenatal testing rooms and 2 c/section suites. LDR participates in AIM initiatives, PPH protocols with QBL, Severe HTN protocols, and Team Birth as well as multiple other process improvement initiatives. We have a charge nurse each shift to coordinate care. Daily safety huddles and bedside shift report are an important part of our unit culture. We closely follow AWHONN staffing standards for safe patient care. LDR is part of a Center of Excellence in Advanced Perinatal Care Certification (ACPC), accredited through The Joint Commission. Our OBED is nationally accredited through CIHQ and is the only accredited OBED in the country. OBED is staffed by two nurses and an OB Hospitalist 24/7.
