What You’ll Do:Operate laundry equipment and process linens according to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.Clean and maintain patient and non-patient areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.Remove and transport waste and soiled linens following established procedures.Train and support team members on equipment use, chemical handling, and safety practices.Assist with daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations, staff oversight, regulatory compliance, and maintenance reporting.Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate customer service at all times.? After six months of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $20.74 per hour. After one year of continuous employment, the hourly rate will automatically increase to $21.74 per hour.This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
