MSW/BSW Case Manager (PRN)

Position Requirements: BSW Case Manager * Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). * Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW) - Deaconess will assist in continued education through tuition reimbursement program. * Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred. This can include internships or other employment.
