DEFINITION:

The Skilled Nurse Manager is responsible for administering quality care services for residents and skilled nursing patients, supervising nursing activities and ensuring the residents and patients comfort under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The Skilled Nurse Manager will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality customer service and compliance with all federal and state regulations. The Skilled Nurse Manager will manage communications between nurses and physicians and ensure that nurses follow regulations and policies.

EDUCATION:

ADN or LPN with 2 years of direct skilled nursing experience

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Oklahoma
