Job SummaryJob Summary· Completes the patient registration and admission process.· Ensures all required forms are completed and other pertinent paperwork/documents are gathered and accurate.· Performs financial analysis of each case and informs patient of financial responsibility.· Provides excellent customer service to all patients, quests and family members.· Balances cash drawer daily and prepares deposit log at the end of shift.· Appropriate use of patient trackers.· Appropriate account documentation.· Maintains up-to-date knowledge of insurances.· Pre-registration of all patient types. QualificationsEducationHigh School education or the equivalent GED. Prefer course work in medical terminology.Experience1 year registration, clerical and customer service experience required. Some computer experience required. Must have medical and insurance experience. Work ShiftEvening
