This position rotates between our North Clinic and South Clinic locations. Shift Length: Days, Three 12s The Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Working collaboratively with providers and the interdisciplinary care team, this role is responsible for patient assessment, clinical interventions, triage, care coordination, patient education, and chronic disease management. The RN supports safe, efficient clinic operations through accurate documentation, effective communication, and adherence to evidence-based practice and regulatory standards. This position requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and organizational skills to ensure an exceptional patient experience and optimal health outcomes. Flexibility to support other St. Peter's Health Medical Group clinics as needed is expected. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Sufficient care experience to demonstrate ability as an Ambulatory Staff RN (job specific). Previous experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting preferred. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Must demonstrate maturity in judgment, demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments, recognize and assist where help is needed. EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited professional school of nursing. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Current Montana License as a Certified Registered Nurse. BLS certification required. Certification in Nursing Specialty, Ambulatory Care preferred.
