Job Objective: Ensures that staff are providing all patients with a satisfying registration experience and are provided with choices, options and counseling to assist them in making their healthcare decisions. Ensures that all staff is educated in accordance with HIPPA, EMTALA and all governmental regulations and are assessed for the adequate competency expectations.
