Summary:

The Service Line Operations & Data Analyst provides critical analytical support to Service Line Leaders, focusing on the intersection of financial performance, revenue integrity, and clinical outcomes. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights to monitor operational health, identify coding and billing opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve clinical quality and financial viability.

Other information:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field required.

3+ years in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle management, or financial operations.

Strong analytical and financial acumen; demonstrated success in interpreting clinical and billing data to drive decision-making.

Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Excel; experience with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., EPIC).

Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, coding practices, and quality outcome metrics.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
