What You'll Do * Partner with leaders to develop recruiting strategies and fill open positions. * Create and manage job postings, sourcing campaigns, and talent pipelines. * Represent Deaconess at career fairs, community events, educational programs and institutions, and networking opportunities. * Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process. * Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and support onboarding activities. * Train and advise managers on recruiting best practices, employment law, and HR policies. * Build relationships with universities, workforce partners, and community organizations. * Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process improvements. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. * PHR or SHRM certification preferred. * Knowledge of employment practices and applicable employment laws. * 3 or more years in a recruiting role, staffing, sales, business development, or related experience.
