Maintenance Technician III

Join our team and help create a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do: * Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and install building systems, utilities, and equipment * Work on electrical systems, including 120/208/277/480-volt equipment and related power and control devices * Install and repair piping, valves, fixtures, and other mechanical systems * Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing to keep equipment operating efficiently * Maintain hospital buildings and off-site properties to ensure they remain safe, attractive, and functional * Recommend replacement parts and assist with maintaining inventory * Collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, vendors, and other departments to support daily operations What We're Looking For: * Associate's degree in a related field, completion of a technical program, or 5-7 years of maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) * Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and building systems * Working knowledge of applicable codes and safe work practices * A dependable team player with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship Why You'll Love Working Here: Every repair you make and every system you maintain helps ensure exceptional care can continue without interruption.
