In this important role, you'll provide one-on-one support and observation for patients who need additional assistance to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being. As a Patient Sitter, you'll play a vital role in the patient care experience by offering companionship, maintaining a safe environment, and serving as an extra layer of support for both patients and the healthcare team. What you will do: * Provide continuous observation and support for patients requiring close monitoring. * Help maintain a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. * Report changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to nursing staff. * Preserve patient dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. * Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and safety. Qualifications:* *Education- * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience- * Previous healthcare experience is welcomed but not required. * We are willing to train compassionate, dependable individuals who are eager to learn. Certification- * Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred. Compensation: Hourly Range- $18.00-$27.00 Benefits designed for you!
