Our patient care tech ratio can range from 8-16 patients.  Our care team includes a Charge Nurse, staff nurses and patient care techs with support from respiratory, lab, and case management departments.  We orient new patient care techs with a 4-6 week orientation program with a dedicated preceptor team.  Take the next step of your Nursing journey and join our amazing Medical Surgical Observation Unit, where our Nurses and patient care techs always deliver professional and compassionate care.
