Director of Laboratory

POSITION PURPOSE This position is responsible for overall leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the clinical laboratory. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely diagnostic services across all laboratory disciplines while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The position works closely with the Laboraty Medical Director.# Sets department goals and ensures staffing is appropriate.# # MINIMUM MANDATORY qualifications # Experience: # At least 10 years of progressive laboratory leadership experience, including supervisory or director-level responsibilities ## Broad experience across multiple laboratory disciplines # Education: Bachelor#s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related field (required), master#s degree (preferred) American Sociaty Of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Certification # Preferred qualifications Masters Degree Prefered # #
