Clerical Assistant - Inpatient Care Management Part-time, 3 days per week 8-4:30, weekend and holiday rotation, 48 hours bi-weekly At Meritus Health, care doesn 't end at discharge--it's a coordinated journey. As a Clerical Assistant in Inpatient Care Management, you'll support the team in facilitating safe, timely transitions for hospitalized patients. From scheduling follow-up appointments to arranging transportation and delivering regulatory notices, you'll play a key role in ensuring continuity of care and compliance with quality standards.
