We're seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations, develop high‑performing teams, and deliver exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for RN leaders with emergency department experience, strong clinical operations management skills, and a passion for team development, patient experience, and quality outcomes. You'll partner closely with Deaconess and Intuitive Health leadership to ensure seamless ER/Urgent Care operations.
