Patient Care Technician - Med/Surg (PCT)

What You'll Do As a PCT, you'll be a trusted part of the care team, working alongside nurses and clinical staff to keep patients safe, comfortable, and cared for. Your work will include: * Providing hands-on direct patient care, including bathing, mobility assistance, and comfort measures * Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient information * Supporting nurses and the care team in delivering high-quality patient-centered care * Offering compassionate emotional support to patients and families * Helping maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment * Safely lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation ## Why This Role Matters PCTs are the heartbeat of the hospital experience.
