EVS Lead

Responsible for the facilitation of timely, accurate and complete work during scheduled shift of the Environmental Services Department.# Performs supervisory duties including training, customer/patient EVS service, data collection and assisting the Director of Facilities in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department. Collaborates with Administration and Department Directors and Managers in matters relating to Environmental Services. Completes hands on cleaning tasks and project work as assigned by the Director. Completes daily check list and submits to Director of Facilities at the end of shift.# Will have oversight of laundry services.# Responsible for paperwork for EVS. Laundry and plant operations. Qualifications: # High School Diploma or GED required. # 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of Environmental Services functions preferred. # 1 or more years of prior supervisory experience preferred. # Must have valid State of New Mexico Driver#s License and be insurable by HCH insurance carrier. # Excellent Customer Service skills required. # Communication and organizational skills required # Knowledge of HIPAA and State regulations for acute care facilities preferred.
