Retail Assistant-As Needed

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to support food preparation and service for patients, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and respond to their needs efficiently * Prepare and serve food items according to menu selections and quality standards * Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment and floors * Follow safe food handling and infection control procedures * Practice portion control and minimize waste to support financial performance * Comply with health regulations and departmental policies (HACCP, TJC, etc.) Qualifications * Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Experience: Customer service experience in a team setting preferred * Skills: * Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math * Comfortable weighing and measuring ingredients * Strong attention to detail and communication skills ** Physical & Mental Requirements * Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 30 lbs) * Ability to concentrate on tasks and remember multiple responsibilities * Exposure to temperature fluctuations and cleaning chemicals As needed positions are not eligible for benefits and have a set rate of pay.
