Position HighlightsDepartment: Human ResourcesHours: 40 hours per weekShift:  Days (Hybrid)Position SummaryThe Talent Management Partner is a strategic HR professional who manages the full-cycle recruitment process and promotes positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers. The Talent Management Partner manages, implements, and communicates proactive recruitment strategies to reduce vacancy rates and time-to-fill. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
