Working alongside an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner, supportive wound care nurses, collaborative physicians, and regional oncology specialists, you'll help shape the future of rural oncology care while continuing to grow your own expertise. Administer infusion therapies, including chemotherapy. Develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and caregivers. Coordinate care with physicians and regional oncology specialists. Support patient navigation and care coordination. Monitor treatment response. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Assist wound care specialists in assessment and management of complex wounds.
