Our Nurses demonstrate highly advanced skills in patient assessment/ intervention, teamwork, and crisis management. We orient new nurses to our unit by providing an 6-10 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor team complemented by a program of critical care courses and a nurse residency program for new graduates.
