Physical Therapist

- Evaluation – . - Treatment – Performs treatment as outlined in the initial evaluation. Modifies treatment as necessary, updates goals and re-evaluates discharge plans throughout the course of treatment. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of treatment techniques and applies appropriately. Treatment should include patient and family education and communication/interaction with appropriate team members. - Productivity - Productivity requirements and goals will be set forth by the department each fiscal year - Documentation – Clinical documentation is timely, objective and complete. Administrative documentation including but not limited to billing and outcome measures is accurate and timely. - Interacts with members of the inter-disciplinary staff pertaining to the welfare and management of assigned patients in a professional manner. Communicates with patients and family in respectful, professional & compassionate manner.
