We are looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys interacting with patients, managing multiple priorities, and delivering service aligned with the Wake Way to Excellence. Position SummaryThe Patient Registration Representative accurately performs administrative duties required for patient registration, including entering demographic and insurance information, collecting copays, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
