Orders- Clinical Analyst II - Digital Technology Services

**Clinical Application Analyst II, Orders** Our Digital Technology Services department is looking for an Orders analyst to join our team. This position will support our Epic Orders applications and provider workflows. This position is responsible for optimizing workflows related to inpatient physicians, maintenance of their application. This position will also help support the growth of Deaconess Health System through building out new facility and hospital structures. **Job Overview:** * Hybrid or remote position depending on location of employee * Responsible for configuration and build pertinent to employee's Epic applications -including discovery, build, testing, go-live, and support * Coordination and performance of system upgrades and updates * Ability to work closely with end users to troubleshoot problems related to applications and find resolutions * A qualified candidate will be able to solve complex problems and have attention to detail * The ability to project manage small and medium size projects **What You Will Need:** * Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Education Preferred * Relevant knowledge to application or support experience * Knowledge and/or experience of clinical workflows in application setting * Ability to use a variety of software, remote meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office
