This role provides leadership and guidance to the credentialing team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. The supervisor works closely with internal departments, providers, and external organizations to resolve issues, streamline processes, and maintain regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring credentialing workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring timely completion of provider enrollment and re-credentialing. The position requires a strong understanding of credentialing regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards. The Supervisor serves as a subject matter expert for credentialing systems and processes, ensuring optimal utilization and data integrity. This role is critical in supporting organizational goals related to provider compliance and operational excellence. **Education and Experience** Completion of High School or GED required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
